Who We Are
Kusuma Digital Solutions is a solo web design and local SEO business operated by Rana, based in St. Louis, Missouri. If you have any questions about this policy or your data, email rana@kusumadigitalsolutions.com — you'll get a reply from an actual person.
What We Collect
Contact form submissions
When you submit the contact form on this site, we receive:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number (optional — only if you provide it)
- The message you write
- Which services you selected (checkboxes)
This data goes directly to Netlify's servers (our hosting provider) and to Rana's email inbox. It is used only to respond to your inquiry. Nothing else.
Analytics data
Only if you click "Accept" on the cookie banner, we load Google Analytics 4 (GA4). GA4 collects anonymous data including:
- Pages visited and time spent on each page
- Browser type and operating system (no device fingerprinting)
- General location (city or region level — not your address)
- How you arrived at the site (search engine, direct, referral)
If you click "Decline," GA4 does not load. No analytics cookies are set. We don't use any other tracking tools.
How We Use Your Data
- Form submissions: to read your message and respond to you directly. We don't add you to a mailing list, subscribe you to anything, or contact you for purposes unrelated to your inquiry.
- Analytics data: to understand which pages are useful, where visitors drop off, and how to improve the site. The data is aggregate and anonymous — we can't identify you from it.
Cookies
We use one category of cookie: Google Analytics 4 analytics cookies. These are only placed if you click "Accept" on the cookie consent banner shown when you first visit the site.
Your consent choice is stored in your browser's local storage. To change your preference, clear your browser's site data for kusumadigitalsolutions.com and revisit — the banner will reappear.
We do not use advertising cookies, social media tracking pixels, or session recording tools.
Third-Party Services
Three third-party services are involved in running this site. Each has its own privacy policy:

- Google Calendar — if you book a call through the scheduling link on our contact page, Google's terms apply to the data you enter there. Google Privacy Policy
We do not share your data with any other third parties. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data. Ever.
We Don't Sell Your Data — Full Stop
Kusuma Digital Solutions has no advertising business, no data monetization model, and no financial incentive to share your information. The only reason your data exists in our systems is to provide you with a service you requested.
Data Retention
- Form submissions: stored in Netlify's dashboard. We delete form entries once we've responded to the inquiry — typically within 30 days.
- Google Analytics data: retained for 14 months per GA4's default settings, then automatically deleted by Google.
Your Rights
You can, at any time:
- Request a copy of any personal information we hold about you
- Request deletion of your contact form submission from Netlify's records
- Opt out of analytics by declining cookies (or clearing site data and declining again)
To make any of these requests, email rana@kusumadigitalsolutions.com. We'll respond within 5 business days.
Children's Privacy
This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has submitted information through our contact form, email us and we will delete it promptly.
Changes to This Policy
If we update this policy, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will change. We will not notify you by email — if you want to stay current, bookmark this page.
